About Primal Warrior
Primal Warrior is an analogue way of connecting in a digital world. It's more than just a mens support group, it is a way of connecting, its a movement, a journey and a knowlege base. The men's circle meets once a month. There are seasonal trips for men only and mixed trips.

In addition to mens work, Primal Warrior has also presented to prediminatley male populated industries. We also collaborate with companies to provide mental health support for all genders within the workplace, in addition to hosting activity days.
The Fire Circle
The fire circle at Primal Warrior is the heart of all our sessions. It's the basis for heat, light and sustinance. It symbolises life, community and safety.

We believe that everyone can embrace who they are, define their future, and make a positive impact on the world.
Our Mission
At Primal Warrior, our mission is to create a supportive environment where men can openly discuss all challenges in a supportive and growth focused arena. Finding strength through shared experiences and nature-based activities.

Our Vision
Our vision is to break the stigma surrounding men's mental health, around men talking and asking for support from other men. We aim to promote holistic well-being through outdoor adventures and meaningful connections. To build self resiliance and confidence to use dicipline to achive goals.
About me
Hello, I'm Fraser the founder of Primal Warrior
I started Primal Warrior because I saw how many men were drifting — disconnected from themselves, their purpose, and other men. I’ve spent years coaching strength and conditioning, helping people get stronger in body — but over time, I realised real strength goes much deeper than muscle.

I’ve always been drawn to adventure — the wild places, the cold mornings, the feeling of testing yourself against something real. That’s where I feel alive, and it’s what I try to bring into my coaching and the work I do with men.
Primal Warrior is about stripping things back.
Fire, movement, honest conversation. It’s about men stepping up, speaking truthfully, and finding purpose again. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I believe in the power of challenge, connection, and shared experience. Coaching, for me, is about helping men rediscover who they are — strong, capable, grounded, and fully alive
