How to talk to your partner about your mental health
Our Story
Primal Warrior is a men’s mental health community that meets once a month.
We provide a safe and supportive space for men to talk, relax, and check in with each other. We also offer a variety of workshops and activities that help men learn new skills, build relationships, and improve their mental health.
Since we started in 2022 we have hosted over 200 hours of men's talks, thats a lot of tea and biscuits.
Our programs include:
Monthly meetups: We meet once a month in person for a day of activities, workshops, and bonding.
Charity Work: We participate in several events a year to help raise money for charitable causes associated with mental health.
Workshops: We offer a variety of workshops on topics such as mental health, stress management, and relationship building.
Adventure Weekends: We make several trips a year which are designed to stimulate and test your courage, and skills and practice a variety of activities, such as hiking, camping, fishing, and meditation, that help men connect with nature and each other.
